Emma's goal is to help her clients negotiate their way through their criminal charges and gain the best possible outcome for them. She understands that being in the criminal justice system can be a stressful and lengthy process for many people and aims to minimise that stress for her clients, all the while ensuring they are given a high standard of advice.
You can expect realistic advice on challenges to the evidence, prospects for a successful defence, trial tactics, alternative options to trial such as diversion or a discharge without conviction and advice on any likely sentence. Emma produces high quality written submissions and is a strong advocate in Court.
Emma accepts private instructions directly or through a solicitor. She is categorised for all criminal Legal Aid work including Parole Board and Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
